This concept is workable in all countries. I just took an example of developing country to make this more elaborate.Given the present, or even the projected, economic and political conditions of the India, it is hard for every Indian to find a high earning jobs due to the increasing competition in search for jobs and limited oppurtunities and the degraded quality of education in the country. This is the reason why more and more Indians are loosing hopes and take the risk of going abroad to find a higher earning job (on student visa’s with fake university invitations).
